Oven Care and Precautions

1. Clean and disperse after unpacking
Before starting to use, you can use clean water to wipe the inside, and then preheat the oven for 5-10 minutes to clean and disperse the smell. If it is restarted after a long period of time, it is recommended to wipe with clean water + preheat the oven before using it formally.
2. Add water when baking
During the baking process, the food is easy to be dehydrated and too dry. Properly adding water to bake can make the food taste better, and it is not easy to damage the oven.
3. Take measures to prevent oil splashing
Long-term high-temperature hot oil splashing on the oven heat pipe or inner wall is easy to damage the performance, especially when roasting meat, cover with a layer of tin foil for baking, and anti-splash oil measures are conducive to prolonging the life of the oven.
4. Pay attention to the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the oven
It is best not to place the oven outdoors such as on the balcony, especially in winter, to prevent the oven door from cracking due to the large temperature difference between inside and outside. Note the preheating of the oven before baking and the optional oven with double doors.
5. Pay attention to the material of the items put into the oven
Note that it is necessary to use professional high-temperature-resistant utensils for baking, and ordinary glass or ceramic utensils are prone to breakage.
6. Pay attention to cleaning inside and outside every time you use it
After each use of the oven, it is necessary to use a neutral detergent to clean it in time to prevent the accumulation of excessive grease and affect the baking effect.
7. Avoid sharp objects scratching the interior space
In the process of use and cleaning, avoid scratching the inner pot and the baking pan with sharp objects, so as not to damage the mucous membrane of the baking pan and the inner pot function.
8. Take precautions against scalding
In addition to the high temperature inside the heating oven, the outer casing and glass door are also very hot, so when opening or closing the oven door, it is best to wear thermal insulation gloves to avoid being scalded by the glass door. In particular, care should be taken not to allow children to come into direct contact with the working oven.
